Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy describes how UNITEX Group (“UNITEX”, “we”) handles personal data collected on www.unitexgrp.com and related inquiry forms. The operating contact address published on this site is in Suzhou, China.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors, OEM/ODM buyers, and registered member users. It does not replace contracts we may sign with a brand or sourcing office.
2. Data we collect
When you submit an RFQ, meeting, factory audit, capacity, or garment-custom request we collect name, email, company, phone, and the details you type. Member registration also stores a password hash and approval status. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and a request id. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, a bot-check token is sent with the form.
3. How we use data
We use inquiry data to reply, prepare a quote or visit, and keep an internal submission record. We may send a confirmation or follow-up by SMTP email. Member accounts are used to sign in and download library files after admin approval. We do not sell contact lists.
4. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep language, session, and cookie-preference choices. Analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics or Plausible) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change this under Cookie Settings in the footer.
5. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers that host this site, send mail, or run bot protection, and with UNITEX staff who handle the request. We disclose data if required by law.
6. Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for ordinary business records. You may ask us to update or delete an inquiry by emailing the address on the Contact page.
7. Your choices
You may decline non-essential cookies, skip member registration, and withhold optional phone numbers. Required form fields are needed to process that request.
8. Contact
Use the Contact page or the published company email for privacy questions.
This page is published for the public website. It is not a lawyer-signed opinion and does not replace a purchase order, NDA, or other signed contract. Contact us if you need terms for a specific program.
